Mrs. Angie Blanchard

Mrs. Blanchard is a graduate of Jacksonville State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and her Masters in Business Administration. She completed her requirements for her teaching certificate from Athens State University. She began her teaching career in the Marshall County School System in 2008, and began teaching at Guntersville High School in January 2012. She currently teaches Career Preparedness and Banking and Financial Services. The Banking and Financial Services students are tellers in the on-campus Citizens Bank & Trust Wildcat Branch. She is a sponsor of the National Honors Society and co-sponsor of Future Business Leaders of America. She has a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Mrs. Blanchard has been married to her husband, D., for 15 years. They have two boys. Curt is 11 and in 6th grade at Guntersville Middle School. Will is 5 and started Kindergarten at Guntersville Elementary School this year. They are active members of Guntersville First United Methodist Church. In her free time, Mrs. Blanchard enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and watching Alabama football!!!

 My name is Hanna Bright. I have been married for 8 years. We have two beautiful children, Sawyer and Harper. I am a Guntersville alumni. GO WILDCATS!!

I attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville where I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Nursing. My nursing career started as an OB/AP nurse, at Women's and Children's in Huntsville. I then transitioned into a position as a Nurse Navigator at Marshall Cancer Care Center in Guntersville. An opportunity presented itself to come back to Guntersville High School and share with students about one of the many things I am passionate about, the medical field.

Dr. Amber Harbison

Guntersville High School has been my home away from home for the last 13 years.  It has been a true blessing to have the opportunity to teach at GHS with such a wonderful family of faculty and students.

Prior to teaching at Guntersville High School, I taught Business and Marketing courses at Etowah High School and Albertville Middle School. My educational background includes: B.S. in Business and Marketing Education (University of North Alabama); M.A. in Computers and Applied Technology (The University of Alabama); Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership (The University of Alabama); Ph.D in Instructional Leadership with an emphasis in Instructional Technology (The University of Alabama). I have my certification as a Work Based Learning Coordinator from Athens State University.

This year, I am teaching a Multimedia Design class, and these students produce the WGHS news show each day. I am the Work Based Learning Coordinator for GHS. WBL students are participating in internships and apprenticeships at businesses all over Marshall County during the school day. I am also a co-sponsor of FBLA.

I am happily married to my husband, Johnny, and I am blessed with two wonderful children, Brooks and Reagan.

Hello, My name is Brad Lett.  I am a 2003 Graduate of Hartselle High School, 2006 graduate of Wallace State Community College, 2008 graduate of The University of North Alabama, and 2010 graduate of Athens State University.  I hold bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Elementary Education.  I have an ABC certification in Business Education as well. I have a MOS credential in PowerPoint.  I am currently working on my master’s degree in Business/Marketing Education.  I have 2 children, Josselyn, 8, and Garner, 1.

Melissa Reese

Melissa Reese is the Family and Consumer Science teacher at Guntersville High School.  She has been in education for 26 years.  She attended Cullman High School and graduated from the University of North Alabama.   She holds master's degree in education.  She has taught at West Morgan High School in Morgan County, Hartselle Junior High School in Hartselle as well as Guntersville High School.  She is currently teaching courses of Family and Consumer Science, Event Planning and Food Innovations.  She is the sponsor of FCCLA and the sophomore class. 
 
Mrs. Reese is married to Lance Reese, history teacher and head football coach at Guntersville High School.  They have two daughters, Laine (20) and Loren (16) Reese.  They are active members of Guntersville First Baptist Church.  Mrs. Reese enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She especially loves the spending time at the beach.

I graduated from DAR High School. I then went on to attend Auburn University where I received my undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business and Economics with a minor in Poultry Science. I got my Master's in Agricultural Education from Alabama A&M, and later I got my Ed.S in Agricultural Education from Auburn University.

I began my teaching career in 2004 at Marshall County School System and have been with Guntersville High School since April 2015.

I have been married to my wife, Natalie, for 10 years. She teaches kindergarten at GES. We have two children, Landen is 8 and in the second grade.My daughter, Allie Reese, is 5 and started kindergarten this year.

I enjoy spending time with my family, working on the family cattle farm, and hunting.
