Student Registration Packets
Below you will find the current school year registration packet. You may print the registration packet below and complete it before you arrive at the Guntersville City Schools Board of Education.
We believe you will find the process faster and more convenient for you.
To register your student(s) please come to:

Please make sure to bring the following items with you:
- Photo identification of custodial parent
- 2 proofs of custodial parent’s residency (1 must be a recent electric bill; the other
- should be a lease/rental agreement, real estate contract, gas bill, internet bill, or
- cell phone bill)
- Alabama immunization record
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s social security card (voluntary)
- Transcript or withdrawal form from the previous school
- Court ordered custody documents, if applicable.

Returning Student Online Registration Link
You MUST have your student's SnapCode to complete the registration.
- You will have received an email with this code.
- If you do not have the SnapCode please call your child's school to get it.
- Each child will have their own SnapCode.
A couple items of note that will make this process as smooth as possible:
- You may have to create an account via the link provided if you do not already have an account.
- Be on the lookout for an email from PowerSchool Enrollment Registration sent TODAY.
- Have your proof of residency available for upload (can be uploaded from the photo album on your cell phone). Examples of acceptable documents include: water bill, power bill, gas bill, etc. that are tied to your physical location. A cell phone bill may not be acceptable as it is not necessarily tied to the physical address.
- Complete the online enrollment process as soon as is convenient. This can be done from your phone, tablet, Chromebook, or computer.
We appreciate your working alongside us on this re-enrollment process. We believe that PowerSchool Enrollment will assist us in streamlining the overall process and ensure that we have accurate and reliable information. As previously mentioned, instead of completing a paper packet for each student, once you review and make any necessary updates to the address, email, contact information, etc… for one child, you can simply apply those updates to all students in your household.
Applications for Out of District students will be accepted June 1 - June 15 of each calendar year. If you are interested in applying for Out of District enrollment, please check back during the time frame listed above to complete an application.
